*Workshops have a limited number of seats and are booked on a first come first serve basis.
**Students must be full-time and confirmation of status from the supervisor or department head must accompany the registration. The registration fee for workshops includes:
Full-day: Coffee breaks and lunch
Half-day: Coffee break
All registration fees are in Swedish Krona (SEK).
According to Swedish tax legislation, VAT of 25% is included in all registration fees. (Refund of VAT added to the registration fee may be possible. Information about the refunding of VAT can be found at www.skatteverket.se)
Confirmation will be sent via email upon receipt of payment. Registration for events included in the registration fee will only be confirmed if indicated upon registration. Please note, registration for tours and events will be confirmed upon payment on a “first come, first served” basis, and numbers are restricted.
The Registration Fee for Delegates includes:
- Admission to the Congress and the exhibition
- Congress Documentation
- Daily tea/coffee
- Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
- Transportation card valid on Stockholm local transportation
The Registration Fee for Accompanying Persons includes:
- Admission to the exhibition
- Welcome Reception
- 1⁄2 day city tour
- Transportation card valid on Stockholm local transportation
Group Registrations
Group registrations will be offered to groups of 20 delegates or more. Before the start of the Congress, appointments for pre-pickup of the Congress material can be made for pre- registered groups. Please contact Congrex Sweden AB for further information, email: ecp2013.registration@congrex.com
Changes in Registrations
Should you be unable to attend, you may be substituted by a colleague. An administrative fee of SEK 300 will be charged. The name change must be made in writing and sent to Congrex via email to: ecp2013.registration@congrex.com
Cancellation and Refund
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden AB, Attn: ECP2013, PO Box 5619, SE-114 86 Stockholm. You may also send your cancellation via email to: ecp2013.registration@congrex.com
For cancellations of participation in the congress and/or workshop by 31 December 2012, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. For cancellations between 1 January and 1 March 2013, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund can be made for cancellations received after 1 March 2013.
